Selling a home can be a very stressful time in one’s life; hiring a professional to help you can make the process much easier.  I take pride in selling your home.  As an agent, I am focused to not only sell your home, but for the right price and as quickly as possible.  I am not an agent with the belief that if you just put your house on the market, it will sell.  It takes a lot of hard work!

My goal is to educate my sellers so they can be confident in knowing what the current market value is and how I will sell their property. Here is what I offer my clients when selling their home:

Consultation: During the consultation, I will discuss the current market value of your home  along with other expenses that will occur when selling.  You will find I am honest in discussing the hurdles to selling your home by discussing strengths of your property, weaknesses, opportunities to improve, and potential threats that could affect the sale of your home.

  1. Marketing Plan: After the consultation, if one decides to put the home on the market, I will advise on to stage a home for the best presentation for a future buyer.  The marketing plan gives the seller an understanding of how I will use marketing tools to sell your home as fast as possible.

  1. Professionalism: In selling a home, there is a LOT OF DOCUMENTATION.  As a professional, I am able to give you advice and knowledge about making sure you have the correct documentation to ensure a clean close and give you advice on how to show your home well.

  1.  Maximum Exposure: With my membership in the Des Moines Area of Realtors, your home will be advertised to over 1,400 area agents here in the Des Moines area.  Not only that, your home will be listed on over 50 websites, including my own!  The goal is not only to put a home on the market, but to actually sell your home.

  1. Communication:  You will find me to be a diligent and dedicated agent working hard for you and the sale of your home with 24/7 availability.
